Message: The other morning I had asked if they had any kale and this polite guy went in back and the other produce guy with long dreads has always been the coolest most friendly and happy guy who always helps me out! He brought out mass kale. I was so happy and said thank you so much! He said we aim for perfect customer service! He goes beyond that! Please make sure he knows he's appreciated!

Message: I'll start by saying the store is great, good prices, great staff, but currently the parking lot lights are down. Per the various employees I've spoken with no one knows why they're not back up, it being about a week that they have been down, and that it coincided with a power outage in the area. This is dangerous on many levels. Once I see the lights back up I'll update this to a 5* rating and amend the statement.. And here is the amendment. 6/24/2020 as I came up to this Smith's I find most of the parking lot lights are back up and lighting the lot. There is still a small strip on the east portion of the lot that is not lit but it's not as dangerous for walkers and drivers as it use to be.
