Einstein Bros Bagels

Message: Delicious bagels- everything is always very good and authentic bagels. Great smoked salmon/ lox and bagel sand and plate. Always get delivery. It’s a little expensive, but always fresh, tasty and the hot food is hot and the cOld food is cold! Amazing for delivery. Highly recommend! As a treat- a little pricey for a steady diet. Best bagels in town!

Message: Good bagels. I tried the Farmhouse sandwich and was pretty good. Staff was hustling and trying to get orders filled as quickly as possible. Over good experience.

Message: This store is in a great, central Summerlin location. I really like their brisket breakfast sandwich. Has a little kick with the jalapeños. The caramel cold brew always tastes great. It is a little sweet and good for those days when I'm longing for a sugary coffee. The cleanliness is where I wish the tables and restroom had some improvement. It's what I would say is average. Staff is friendly, though. Parking is good and easy to get in and out. It's a very busy store and always packed. Nice place for quick morning meetings too.

Message: If you like a little spicy in your breakfast sandwich, get the chorizo sunrise egg on a bagel. It was probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. I replaced the green chile bagel for a jalapeños cheddar, and it was amazing. A must if you are looking for a good sandwich. Place looked clean and orderly. Fast order. No issues with staff and just an easy, pleasant experience.

Message: .. On our 6th date, breakfast at village center. It was a very chilly yet warm enough fall morning and I'm with great company. He told me he was canceling his online dating app membership. I'm smiling from ear to ear.

Message: I generally don't go in here, but when I do, I'm never overly impressed. In general, the staff doesn't really seem happy to see customers. They almost seem to appear as if customers are a bother. But, when I go in, I'm usually just there for a quick bagel with lox so I don't give their service much thought. The quality is decent enough for the price, and I'm not there for a full dining experience. But, today, I was super disappointed with the service and my purchase. The order on the left barely had any lox on it.. both halves of the bagel were extremely lacking- oh, and the outer onion ring was the skin. The other order was better.. the regular amount for the menu item. Not sure what happened. Maybe they ran out and didn't feel like opening a new pack? :( This kind of goes along with their customer service.
