Message: This site does not maintain adequate restrooms for shoppers. Only one women’s room at front of store… if you are a male you are advised to walk across the parking lot and ask the Mexican restaurant if you can use their restroom. It’s enough they don’t have appropriate accommodations for the number of customers and employees but one employee was very nonchalant and another employee was plain rude “We ain’t letting you in there. ” I hold professional licenses in multiple states am a small business owner rated an A with the BBB and a member of multiple chambers and other organizations locally and I can’t imagine how I would have been treated if I was one of the homeless in the area.

Message: 4/15/2023. Took a stroll into SMITH today and grabed a motorized handicap transport. You Do you have to leave your ID with the cashier in the liquor department. I feel a little uncomfortable because she just puts it behind the register and does not lock it up and when I returned nobody was there and it was just sitting under the cash register where anybody could take it. Apart from that your organic fruit and vegetable section Is much improved over the last couple years with extra cooling units and a rearrangement of the produce which looked very excellent and well stocked. Hats Off to Teddy who makes it look so nice in that department. Also Larry and meets was very helpful I have included your photos as well. Thank you SMITH’S management for your excellent help on my latest trip.. PS They have improve security now and they do carry guns it’s kind of a rough neighborhood sometimes.. My hat's off to Tammy and again to Tammy and a dessert and bakery department she is a greatest sweetest lady and as always smiling continuously. She works too hard. They have beautiful desserts at Smith's over here on Maryland Parkway thank you Tammy for always making me feel like a valued customer. God bless.. Jesus cares mm. Close to my home. Lots of desserts. Message: Using their App will get you great savings and bargains. At times their produce is not to my standards, but then again, I'm a picky old man. Plenty of parking and lot and store is very clean.

Message: Long ago when I lived in Utah briefly I shopped at Smith's. So when I moved to Las Vegas, I was excited to find Smith's here.. This location isn't necessarily in the best area of town, but you wouldn't necessarily know it inside. The store is well kept and clean. Everything is well stocked and the isle are kept clear. I was in a wheelchair for about 6 months and it can be difficult getting around when there is inventory blocking things. I appreciate this a great deal. Some other stores I've been to in this area are not well kept. This is one of the reasons I choose Smith's over other grocery stores that are quite close to my home.. The employees are very helpful and friendly. I was asked if I needed help in the produce section. They were out of garlic, but had plenty of eggs,

Message: This smiths is very good. They are well stocked and meats here ate always so fresh. I give it 5 stars for the store it's self. But 1 star off due to lack of customer service.
