Message: No ATM fees if you have a US Bank account but withdrawal limit is $200 max. Staff is polite and kind to all. Store is clean. Drawback: it's a bit cumbersome trying to get in and out of this parking lot so here's what I do: enter from Trop (unless I'm coming from the other direction) and exit from the driveway behind Jack in the Box that is next door, exit on Sandhill which, at the light, gives me the opportunity to go in any direction. Be safe, be aware there's almost always a Metro officer cruising this intersection. As nice as they are, they will ticket you for traffic violations. :).

Message: They lose a star because the sandwich I purchased was soggy and stale and they were out of mustard packets. I could've at least masked it with condiments. They gain a star because the drink station was neat, clean, and fully stocked. You can't ask for better sales associates. They're always pleasant and polite and they take the time to make sure you get what you're looking for. Someone forgot to order the mustard. Bummer. Barring the mustard mishap, I really like this store and the people in it.
