Message: To Janet the manager. Your employee in the evening. A tall gentlemen with glasses names Carlos? Was extremely rude and refused to give me a refill for a soda. Horrible customer service.
I let the new girl know I was getting a refill on a double gulp. Around 3:15pm on Tuesday. I even poured the Ice out in the sink next to where she was cleaning.
I asked to speak with the manager on duty. And he told me to come in the morning and speak with Leslie.
I would like for the camera to be reviewed prooving I brought in a cup and poured the ice out before filling it up.
I would not lie about $1.69 cent refill.
But he had such a bad attitude and raised his voice in a smart ass tone. Repeating to me NO NO NO.
He should be fired and should think about how he speaks to customers. Especially your neighbors in buisness.
No more 7-11buisness with me anymore.
