Message: For being in the middle of nowhere, it's a pretty decent place. The people are friendly. The selection is pretty limited, but you can find what you absolutely need, unless its ice cream lol. Didn't have the money to eat at the restaurant, but it smelled amazing!

Message: Great authentic Mexican food! I live in South Florida; we have a lot of Mexican friends and and businesses around us. I’ve worked all over Mexico and Central America. Ruby’s is the real deal, very similar to being in Mexico. I didn’t feel like anything was over priced for the quality of food; fresh ingredients aren’t free and it cost money to have it in the desert.

Message: Excellent service and really good food. Not sure how authentic enchiladas are supposed to be served but they did not have any sauce so they were a bit dry but otherwise very tasty! My husband have a few tacos and the meat was excellent.
